I want to try to wipe my gill parasites of fish (with praziquantel tried several methods but without success) and whether or not to vacillate with formalin or chloramine-t

And I got more interested in whether treatment with chloramine-t must run the filter and what do you think of the two drugs (disinfectant) is better tolerated by the fish .
My fish are currently 600l aquarium with no plants and decorative elements filtration but my 200L with samp and it is quite plastic baskets to pottery. I know that formalin and chloramine-t will damage the filter but I wonder what is better . are indicators of water

Regarding your question i suppose that most members here would recommend formalin in a bb tank with tank and filters cleaned but still working biologically before starting your treatment. To exterminate gill worms totally in a long run you need more than one treatment, details are described here. Use Google translator to read in your prefered language. Do not use any plastics in your tank or filter, PVC-U is fine.

To become parasite free with adults that are already infected by multiple parasites is impossible, you can either try artificially rearing from scratch or buy parasite free discus.

Today I made first treatment with formalin by the method of mr.Rahn Gerhard
There are no adverse side effects and fish have suffered very good treatment. After I changed the water I took a sample of gills of a fish and found 2 live parasites. Le is normally remain live adult parasites after treatment, or am I wrong thing. (dose 7.6 ml of formalin was 100L)
